Hi, I’m Ariel.
Do you ever find yourself day dreaming of what meaningful life would look like to you ? How would it feel ? How would you show up ? Who you could be if you didn’t feel so stuck in who you have been ? Is there more to life than the old stories you hang on to ?
When I started my own path of healing and self- discovery it started with these same nudges of curiosity. At first they were unfamiliar whispers that I often pushed away, until it became impossible to ignore the transformation trying to take root in my life. I finally came to a place of full surrender, which allowed a new vision for my life to emerge. This new vision of who I could be stretched my perspectives, comfort zones, and deep held beliefs.
In letting go of control and trusting curiosity to lead the way, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Through this journey I explored alternative healing modalities, studied world religion, traveled the world, and completed a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy. This personal experience of self-transformation informs my belief that healing is an integrative process of coming home to mind, body, and soul.
It is now my deepest honor to hold space for those who are on their own path of becoming. I am here to meet you exactly where you are, to support you in transforming your life into one of deep meaning and purpose.
My Approach
Mindfulness
The practice of gently bringing awareness to the present moment without judgment. It supports healing by helping you notice thoughts, emotions, and sensations as they arise, creating space between experience and reaction.
energy work
A holistic approach that focuses on the body’s energetic system to support emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. It can help release stored tension and restore a sense of flow and regulation.

Somatic Awareness
The practice of tuning into the body as a source of wisdom and information. It supports healing by helping you notice how experiences live in the body and allowing them to be processed through felt sense rather than only thought.
Research based skills
Structured therapeutic tools and techniques grounded in psychological research and clinical evidence. These skills support healing by offering practical, repeatable strategies for emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, and behavior change.
integration: Mind + body +soul
Everything is Energy
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-near healing practice that originates from Japanese traditions and is based on the idea of supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Practitioners work with what is understood as life force energy, aiming to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper sense of relaxation and coherence in the body. While “everything is energy” is often used in spiritual and holistic spaces to describe the felt sense that emotions, thoughts, and physical states are deeply interconnected, Reiki is best understood as a supportive practice that invites stillness, presence, and regulation—allowing the body and mind to shift out of stress patterns and into a more restorative state.
